Mr. Ngoupa is a man of 42 years who lived in the neighborhood in Douala New Bell. Initially it was a simple seller of the used clothing market without a considerable income. In recent days, the whole area is surprised to social advancement of this man. He not only bought two luxury cars, but just offer a beautiful villa in the Denver area Bonamoussadi, a privileged area of the city of Douala.
According to our sources, one of the causes of enrichment has been detected. In the night from Sunday to Monday, Mr Ngoupa went to the morgue of the hospital where he Deido asked to let the guard take a hit on the body because it was in search of the body of a young girl.
