The trial of Michel Mogila, 50, opened this Tuesday in the Vaucluse Assize Court(FRANCE).
On November 2, 2012, he killed his wife, 47 years old, four hammer blows to the skull, while quietly watching TV, lying on the living room couch.
He then went celebrate in "getting drunk mouth" in a bar in Avignon. On returning home, he did not have the courage to hang himself, as he had expected.
Michel Mogila could not stand his wife who, according to the survey, led him a hard time. According to Le Dauphiné Libéré, Claude Mogila kept house with an iron hand, and even forbade her husband to have a credit card.
