Miley Cyrus has really changed

      

   It is because she's warped, has no sense of boundaries, possibly very little self-respect, and even less integrity. But it's not entirely her fault, either. She probably started off sweet and innocent, like most kids:

Now imagine life as a child star. All you know is the fame game. All your life, you've been surrounded not by your peers, but by agents, managers, handlers, hangers-on, and other famous people. People always telling you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear. You have no idea of normalcy. You're rich enough to retire for several lifetimes over. It's not so much the money; it's the attention, the spotlight on you, people chanting your name. It's not Miley; it's the system, the way Hollywood works, the way child stars are made- this post from Dlisted explains it far better, though it was in reference to someone else's obnoxious behavior:
